We are serious about fitness, our Free Weight area in an Olympic class facility featuring Hammer Strength and Life Fitness equipment with over 10,000 pounds of iron.  Our mirrored dumbell rack area goes up to 120 pounds unlike other facilities which stop at 60 or 70 pounds. We have a dedicated and experienced staff, that are focused on one thing: making sure that you have the right tools to get the maximum possible results. We offer 3 individual group exercise studios, 2 Racquetbal Courts, 2 Squash Courts, large adult supervised Child Care facility, Steam and Sauna in each locker room, large Cardio area with individual TV's on each piece offering over 100+ channels, Cable Crossover machines, Smith Machines, and selectorized weight machines.   Our 11 HVAC systems are computer controlled using a centralized Johnson Controls system for your comfort.  After your workout you can sip one of our great protein shakes from our Juice bar
